If you live in China and want HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis, the legal route is ordinary: see a clinician, confirm you are HIV-negative, check kidneys (and usually other STIs), pick up a prescribed supply at the hospital or its pharmacy, come back on a schedule.

That is less exciting than Telegram vendors. It is also the one we will actually arrange.

What is approved

  • Oral FTC/TDF — the pill most people mean when they say PrEP; Chinese brand 舒发泰.
  • Cabotegravir injections — long-acting, clinic-administered, available at some international hospitals. Price is a per-visit clinic bill; we do not publish a made-up number.
  • Twice-yearly lenacapavir — Hainan Boao Lecheng pilot, not something we stock or ship.

Foreigners use a passport as ID. Public/designated clinics are cheaper and more Chinese. International hospitals are English and expensive. Shanghai is easiest; we also arrange in Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Chengdu after intake.

We do not sell the drug. Our PrEP start ($179) and quarterly membership ($99) are coordination: reminders, bookings, English results. The hospital bills labs and medication.

Coming off PEP is a common moment to switch to PrEP. The scare already happened; prevention is the next product.
