STI testing and 72-hour PEP, arranged in English — without putting it on our homepage.

If you had unprotected sex, a condom broke, or you are simply not sure, we book a licensed clinic, brief them in Chinese, stay on WhatsApp, and send results in English. We do not diagnose, test, or prescribe. Doctors do.

These prices are our arrangement fees, not hospital bills. Lab tests, consultation, PEP medication and pharmacy charges are paid to the clinic (or we can pay on your behalf at cost, plus a small handling fee). Default is no insurance trail; our invoice is health consultation. Prices are USD, settled in yuan.

We book an appropriate STI panel, usually within 24–48 hours, and translate the report. Follow-up timing depends on which infections can actually be detected yet.

72-hour PEP pathway

We get you to a clinic that can assess PEP, with a one-line script for reception. A doctor decides whether you are eligible. Overnight (23:00–08:00) +$50. PEP is most useful as soon as possible, and generally considered only within 72 hours.

Three-visit course
The one most people should buy — now, ~2 weeks, ~3 months

First visit plus two booked follow-ups so a negative first test is not mistaken for “all clear.” Couple bookings are 1.7×.

Clinic prices vary widely: public/specialty panels are often hundreds to low thousands of RMB; international hospitals cost more, especially if PEP drugs are dispensed. We quote both tracks after five WhatsApp questions. Nothing here is medical advice.

How it works

  1. Five questions: when, protection, pregnancy risk, symptoms, cheaper Chinese specialist vs English international clinic.
  2. Two options with honest trade-offs (cost, English, wait).
  3. You pay our fee. We book, send address, who to ask for, and a sentence to say. Bring your passport.
  4. We stay on WhatsApp during the visit. We do not attend unless you already bought a separate Shanghai escort.
  5. Photograph the report; we explain windows in English and lock the next dates.

Cities

Remote arrangement in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Chengdu — the same footprint as our health checks. Shanghai has the most PEP/PrEP clinics (public, community, and international). Other cities: we match a licensed clinic after intake. We do not invent exclusive hospital contracts on this page.

If you need ongoing prevention, that is a different product. After PEP or a scare, some people switch to PrEP. We arrange starts and three-month refills — still coordination only, still a clinic prescription. See PrEP arrangement.
